N2 Shield
N2-Shield and which has no screw within the assembly to increase the lifetime and elongate the proactive maintenance period to improve the utilization of systems. There has special fabrication for the mesh portion of the N2-Shield assembly and the mesh size can keep homogeneous to secure the uniformity and deposition rate consistency. Also, there has special welding technique applied for the junctions of the N2-Shield assembly and the shielding plates will not deteriorate by strong acid corrosion after multi-process and cleaning procedures.
